Imagine 1 million homes open with 10 women sitting inside each working and collaborating. Co-founded in 2016 from the insight that women who had joined One Roof wanted options and it was always about connection. We raised a lot of money, hired an amazing team, built advanced technology to support community growth, featured in all the big publications. It was a wild ride. I’m grateful for all the lessons learned, the extraordinary people I met and the number of women we supported along the way.
