Earth’s Records

Listen. Touch. Taste. Time.

Earth’s Record

Earth's Record turns marble from a material that simply comes from the earth into one that carries the earth's memory — the first stone built to hold the sound of the place it was born.

The Record

A tactile, poetic experience of place. Each piece is a physical impression of the moment. Through writing and stone, you experience what has been shaped by time, travel, water, weather and the human heart.

Mezza Duro

What is it like to feel your fork hit a bump? Twirling pasta on smooth ceramic to varied stone. Like walking on a cobble stone street, balance changes. Attention shifts.

Il Tempo della Terra

This is a shift in how we perceive time. How long would it take to see a change in the stone? One year? Ten years? In a society that’s obsesses with faster, yesterday, this helps us create a different relationship to how much time earth takes.
